Blue and white porcelain vase, Meiping, finely painted in the Ming style of the 15th century with peach, pomegranate and lychee motifs forming the trio of abundance, sanduo and alternating flowering branches of peony, plum and lotus, all framed by a band of foliage on the shoulder and a palmette frieze decorating the bottom of the vase. The neck is decorated with floral scrolls.
