Covered bronze perfume burner of quadrangular form, resting on four curved feet with taotie decoration. The body is adorned with scenes in rectangular cartouches featuring a goddess, a boy and a water buffalo amidst the waves on one side, and two literati in a landscape on the other. The lid, with its openwork cloud motifs, is adorned with two dragons in high relief forming the handles and surmounted by an elongated Qilin. With matching base.
