Huanghuali folding armchair with horseshoe-shaped backrest, the front of the seat decorated with stylized dragons. Copper reinforcements fixed to protect the edges. The back features medallions of carvings in light relief with a Shou sign of longevity and stylized dragons.

Provenance: this lot is sold with a Tomlinson certificate of authenticity describing it as huanghuali and dating it to the Qing dynasty.
