Two large embroidered silk and linen hangings, embellished with mirrored sequins encircled in gilded metal representing the three stars of the Tao. One is framed with dragon, phoenix, Greek frieze and “Buddha’s Hands” fruit motifs, and bears an inscription: “Souvenir du personnel indigène de Tanan à son sympathique administrateur”
The second is composed of reserves decorated with flowers and birds. In the center is an inscription symbolizing promotion.
